Le Tradition is a beautiful golden Champagne, with pungent scents of ripe orchard fruits, citrus and baked goods, such as bread and apple pie. You can also discover the faintest hints of spice, from the 36% of Pinot Noir that makes up this blend. The rest is Chardonnay, and all of the grapes are harvested from Premier Cru plots in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions of Champagne. Champagne De Saint Gall is one of Champagne’s premier wineries, located in the picturesque commune of Avize. For over 50 years, it has been a part of Union Champagne, a "cooperative of cooperatives" that forms the backbone of high-quality wine in the Champagne region.
