Champagne De Saint Gall is one of the many arms of Union Champagne, an enormous cooperative founded by grape growers in 1966. It encompasses 15 other cooperatives, whose vineyards cover some of the finest Grand and Premier Cru plots in Champagne. De Saint Gall is based in Avize, a picturesque commune located in the heart of Champagne’s green, rolling landscape. This Grand Cru wine introduces itself with fresh, mouth-drying acidity, which quickly evolves into fruity, juicy mid-palate.
