The vineyards are farmed using organic and biodynamic methods with a focus on sustainability and preserving the natural balance of the ecosystem. This Brouilly is crafted from Gamay grapes harvested from estate vines that are over 50 years old. The age of the vines helps to ensure rich, concentrated fruit with plenty of well-developed tannins and complex flavours. After vinification the wine is aged in oak barrels for several months, allowing it to develop an even more complex and nuanced flavor profile. As soon as you pour out a glass, you’ll notice the enticing aromas of crushed wild berries, dark cherries, and sultry spices. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied with a bright zip of acidity to complement the firm tannins.
