Drink now or cellar for up to 4 years. Serve chilled. The Giusti estate owns 14% of the total land designated for Prosecco, making it one of the largest landowners in the wider Veneto region. Although only founded in 2004 aby Ermenegildo Giusti, the Giusti family have been making wine in Treviso since the 1600s and are well-respected for both their sparkling and still wines both locally and abroad. This delicious Prosecco Superiore shows off the talent and winemaking expertise of the Giustis using top quality Glera grapes from the Montello and Asolo hills. Conditions here are ideal for premium winemaking thanks to the long ripening season and mild climate which helps retain plenty of freshness and aromatics in the fruit. In the winery the grapes are first fermented to make a base wine followed aby another fermentation in tanks which creates the delicate bubbles. Ripe peach, green apple and zingy citrus immediately burst out of the glass followed aby subtle hints of honeysuckle and jasmine blossom. The first sip reveals a mouthwatering acidity, smooth bubbles, and a crisp, clean finish with attractive fruit flavours. Ideal to serve as a casual aperitif or alongside creamy cheeses, seafood, or leafy summer salads.
